What we do:
The JP Martin Group will assume responsibility for your event planning through logistical coordination.  We will manage the countless details with fiscal responsibility.  The JP Martin Group can help you with all or some of the following areas.

2. Manage speaker’s on site requirements

3. Handle site inspection process

4. Contact speakers to confirm audio, visual, travel, and housing needs.

5. Assist with brochure and announcement design

6. Coordinate mass mailings of information and registration materials

7. Select caterer and menu items and coordinate all food and beverage events

8. Meet and coordinate with venue staff to ensure a successful meeting

Once your event is in full swing, the JP Martin Group will continue to provide you with the services and manage the countless details. We will help you with all or some of the following areas:

1. Mind the details and remain on site during your event

2. Manage the attendance and registration and provide you with database management

3. Use clear communications so that details are taken care before the event occurs
